I have the Gears of War Board Game and thought it would be pretty cool to have them run around killing Zombies so I created custom Dashboards for them. Next project is a custom weapons deck.... coming soon. 
If you don't have the GOW Board Game you could try re-basing some Heroclix figures.  
Reaper Miniatures has some IEMF figures which could be converted.
